CAA
CAA chooses Tedial.
The Andalusian Audiovisual Council (CAA) chooses Tedial’s technology for the monitoring of contents in television and radio.
The programmable recording system for TV channels and radio stations TARSYS Lite will be installed in 15 locations within Andalusia, covering 165 televisions and 72 radios.
Each TARSYS Lite system includes the latest technology developed by TEDIAL for the automatic indexing of video and audio, as well as the automatic content detection based in “fingerprinting” of images and audio.
The automatically information generated in each recording system will be stored in the TARSYS media asset management central system. The TARSYS system is a high availability cluster architecture that includes a new generation tape library, controlled by AST. AST is the automatic manager of disk and tape hierarchical storage, entirely develop by TEDIAL.
The combination of TARSYS and AST offers the CAA a historic archive of the media broadcasted in Andalusia, together with specialised reports generated from content analysis.
This new project of archive for the CAA is another success of the technology developed by TEDIAL for audiovisual councils: CAC-Barcelona (2001), CNA-Romania (2003), RTC-Mexico (2004), and CEM-Bulgaria (2005).
