La Sexta trusts in TD Tarsys for its archive management.
Products of different companies are integrated to develop a complete solution for archiving, automation, post-production and broadcasting, for the new private TV channel.
Avid will work in post-production at the Barcelona channel´s headquarter; K2 by Thomson, in broadcasting and Activa Software in automation with Multicon. The archive will be managed by TD Tarsys, by Tedial. It will manage contents in cluster, facilitating the storage and data recovery, through its TD AST tape library system and TD Media Process Manager.
The Madrid headquarter is where all the news related material will be managed with Unity (Avid) and other Avid´s tools. This company will also work with TD Tarsys, for insertion, archiving and transmission of information. The result of this joint effort is a top-level and reliable broadcasting system.
