Enterprise-Level Integration Platform

MPM’s flagship integration bus has its roots in IT. The broadcast industry is known for the large range of proprietary APIs, protocols and formats which most vendors implement unilaterally. Indeed, many systems only support integration via basic XML file exchange or passive database views. Thus most tapeless systems are built around rigid system-to-system custom integrations which, like dominoes, are liable to fall over when one element is changed.
To solve this problem Tedial has applied the classic computing ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) to the peculiarities of the broadcast industry. MPM offers a middleware platform for the individual and independent plug-ins provided for each one of the integrated systems. This allows multiple heterogeneous systems to integrate and communicate among themselves without code having to be written, even when key components of the overall system are changed or decommissioned. MPM has an impressive portfolio of proven interfaces covering the industry’s most widely used devices and systems, as well as their associated formats. Moreover, this architecture allows developments to be reused, so all new integrations and enhancements of the existing interfaces are instantly available to all customers.
