Outsourcing and SaaS

Some customers don’t want anything less than a state-of-the-art content management solution, but can’t afford purchasing and running costs; others simply don’t have the physical space to house a full MAM and archive system; while others are too geographically or commercially fragmented to be able to deploy a MAM in a meaningful way.

Tedial has options for all. Our SaaS (software as a service) and outsourcing capabilities harness the full power and flexibility of our technology, and allow us to offer reliable and practical services to our customers.

MAM and archive systems of several clients are already located at our headquarters, a modern 4,200 Mts² building with climate-controlled machine rooms. Using Media Amigo technology our customers are able to access their remote content simply and securely. Tarsys is designed to operate using low-resolution proxies, so users can perform their daily operations - creating EDLs, reviewing and cataloguing media - via internet, without needing to access high-resolution files.

Tedial can also supply, install and manage systems at customers’ premises, taking full responsibility for support, maintenance and upgrades.
