Includes user-rights management tools to protect against media misuse, monitor usage, trigger alarms and implement retention policies.

  Hierarchical Storage Management (HSM) supporting unlimited distributed storage capability of data-tape robotic libraries with disk arrays in NAS and/or SAN configurations. Intelligent real-time dynamic prioritisation of file movement between library and disk storage, so that all the clips and segments needed by Traffic and workflows are always kept automatically 'online' on disk. Highly efficient partial restore keeps a global view of the clips and associated segments required by the different operators and the workflows carried out across the whole system.
• Media Amigo
  Portal for interchanging content among users or systems located in different physical sites, whether part of one system or totally independent systems. Automatic file processing according to the receiving part, including codecs, wrappers, aspect ratio, etc. Sophisticated user rights management to control media access. Designed to work with standard internet connections dealing with high-latency and QoS (when no satellite or optical links are available). Based on UDT protocol for dynamically taking advantage of the bandwidth available during transfers and for guaranteeing the integrity of packets transferred.
• Traffic
  Tedial solutions are designed to provide tight bidirectional integration with traffic systems from where workflows and their associated work orders can be launched automatically. Feedback is provided to traffic on key workflow steps: media ingested, QC error, TX ready, etc.
• Playout Automation
  Playout automation workflows are integrated to ensure there is no missing media by either directly processing the playlists or by accessing missing clips information in the automation database. Ingest workorders can be automatically created and alarms are triggered if content is not TX ready.
• Content Publishing
  Workflows can be defined to automatically deliver media in the right format as required by specialised third-party systems providing internet streaming, mobile networks and OTT services. Tedial solutions are designed to provide the best possible bidirectional integration according to the specific interface methods supported by the specialised systems.
• Third Party Systems
  Tarsys CMIS standard compliance guarantees a vendor-neutral way of accessing content from application to application while preserving metadata and ensuring media is portable and interchangeable with non-broadcast services such as telephony, internet, marketing applications, etc. MPM interface bus supports custom-made plugins for in-house systems.
