The Mediapro Group produces content for news, motion pictures, live sports and also owns the rights to broadcast several professional sports leagues. Based in Barcelona with well over a dozen production studio and playout center locations located across the globe operating individually, Mediapro needed to consolidate under a single, far-reaching IP-infrastructure that would foster collaboration and make assets available world-wide. The obvious place to start was with their MAM, so they turned to Tedial for a multi-site, ST 2110-enabled corporate MAM based on our automated Evolution software.

The Broadcast Bridge recently published a feature where Emili Planas, Chief Technology Officer at Mediapro Group explained the goals, process and results of this significant project entitled Mediapro’s MAM Strategy is Spanning the Globe by veteran journalist Michael Grotticelli.
