We’re delighted to announce that our CTO Julian Fernandez-Campon is presenting a paper at the NAB 2022 Show Conference. The presentation titled “Advanced Security Using a NoCode Media Integration Platform” will take place on Monday April 25th at 11:15am, in rooms W307-W309.
Julian will discuss cyber security, a current hot topic, due to many key companies in all sectors, including the media and entertainment sector, suffering cyberattacks, with huge impacts on their businesses. While ransomware attacks have been around for many years, there is evidence that organized cybercrime entities are investing heavily as the number of attacks and their sophistication is growing exponentially.
In this paper, Julian will show some of the best practices to protect content production using Tedial’s unique new NoCode iPaaS for Media paradigm, which offers a cybersecurity framework that protects at all levels, from the standard IT infrastructure up to the applications, and more importantly at the Media Production level.
Julian will show the different levels of security including the risks that can be introduced for Cloud Operation, security applied to the M&E industry aligned with the Movielabs Enhanced Content Protection for Production, recommended security practices, and finally the main advantages and improvements when using a NoCode Media Integration Platform.
This will include platform-agnostic cloud tools, such as Infrastructure as a Code Deployments, Zero Trust approaches (in opposition to the VPN false security), abstraction layers provided from the NoCode Media Integration Platform in terms of systems and media locations, and many other advanced features that can be defined as workflow-defined security.
